Debate on BBC TV shows parties playing the race card.

At the BBC debate in Reading all of the parties were happy to agree with a crank who thought traffic jams and pollution were caused by immigrants. They made the man from UKIP (BNP lite) look mild by comparison.

The Greens' Caroline Lucas came across as sanest of a loony bunch.

No socialists allowed of course.

(The picture shows Dave Hill, Socialist candidate, drawing attention to the deficit and the culpability of the bankers for the cuts)
