You can keep your mobile number off their books by emailing contact@118800.co.uk and I suggest you go on emailing them until they respond. Do not phone their number because they will charge you a fortune for doing so.

118800 won't publish phone numbers anywhere - there has been a viral circulating that contains a plethora of misinformation.
Also there is no service at the moment, so there's nothing to opt-out of - 118800 has asked that people wait until the service resumes to opt-out.
